My Work and Approach
I work with adults and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, addiction-related concerns, and the impacts of trauma. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I integrate EMDR with other research-supported therapies to help clients build insight, develop practical skills, and make steady, sustainable progress.
I believe therapy is most effective when it helps people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with what matters most to them. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where meaningful and lasting change can take root.
